I’ve been seeing foxes in and around West Yellowstone for as long as I’ve lived here, even being treated with new kits a couple of years ago.
Most sightings seem to be random, while walking or driving around town. Last week we saw him/her cross the road while driving around 7:30PM. We decided to go for a walk the next night around the same time, camera in tote, and it worked out to get the few photos below!

Beautiful. I always love it when I get to encounter a fox, (or, really, any other animal, for that matter) It’s amazing to watch them when they’re on the hunt. I enjoy seeing your photos, and look forward to them. Thank you so much for sharing!!!
